Kakia Catselli (b. 1964, Nicosia, Cyprus) lives and works in Cyprus. She studied Art & Design at the Polytechnic of East London and completed a BA in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, London. Her work includes film, photography, painting, installation, and site-specific projects, with a focus on archives and analog media in relation to memory and collective history. She is a member of the 1% Committee of the Cyprus Visual Artists and Art Theorists Association, promoting public funding for art in public spaces.
